Web design · Zakopane

Websites for places to stay and businesses in Zakopane.

We design websites for guesthouses, holiday apartments, restaurants and local businesses — built to win more bookings directly, without handing a cut to booking portals. We're a studio from the Podhale region, working in English or Polish.

How guests choose

Guests pick a place to stay in minutes. Your website has to win them over.

Someone planning a trip to Zakopane compares several places at once — on their phone, usually in the evening. They search for “apartments Zakopane” or “guesthouse with a view of Giewont” and close anything that's slow or doesn't answer the basics.

That's why the first screen needs great photos, a price or price range, availability and one clear booking button. Then: how to get there, parking, guest reviews, and answers to the questions that would otherwise reach you as a phone call at 11 pm.

On a booking portal you're one listing among hundreds. On your own website you're the only choice.

Your photos, your story and a direct line to you — with no competing offers next door pulling your guest away.

What you get

A website that brings in bookings — not just a digital business card.

Direct bookings

A clear booking button on every screen, connected to the booking system you already use — or a simple date-request form.

Guests from abroad

Visitors from abroad search in their own language. We build each language version so Google shows them the right one.

Easy seasonal updates

Winter rates, a long-weekend offer, last-minute deals — change them yourself in a simple admin area, in a few minutes, from anywhere.

Fast, even in the mountains

Mobile signal under the Tatras can be patchy. We make sure your site opens instantly, even on a phone out on the trail.

Kapela JAFER highland band website — designed by blackpixel

Our work in Podhale

Kapela JAFER: highland tradition, told in a modern way.

A cinematic website for a folk band with millions of views, plus an admin area where they add concerts, photos and news themselves. We bring the same thinking to properties under the Tatras.

Results on Google

Zwierciadło Urody: into Google's top five in six months.

A salon in Nowy Targ with 16 treatments, each with its own page. In six months it climbed from Google's second page to the top five in its town. We use the same approach for properties in Zakopane: a page for every room, service and nearby attraction.

A calendar of dates, routes and attractions described properly, sign-ups and online payments.

Clinics and local services

For businesses serving residents: a page per service, reviews and quick contact.

Regional brands and crafts

Highland heritage shown in a modern way, without the kitsch — just like our project for Kapela JAFER.

Pricing

What does a website cost in Zakopane?

It depends on the scope. A guesthouse site with a gallery and an enquiry form is a different project from a property with a booking system and three languages. After a short call you get a fixed price and a clear list of what's included.

Landing page Property website Website + booking system
Price from 2,499 PLN from 5,999 PLN quoted after a call
Best when you want enquiries coming in quickly you want to show off every room and be found on Google you want to take bookings without a middleman
What's on it photos, your offer, “from” prices, directions, reviews a page for every room, gallery, seasonal prices, things to do nearby as in the property website
Bookings a date-request form a form, or the booking system you already use your own custom booking calendar — like the one we built for a salon in Plansy
Languages optional yes yes
You update yourself text and photos + seasonal prices and offers + availability and bookings

All prices are final — we're not VAT-registered, so nothing is added on top.

Care with changes

from 1,800 PLN / year

The domain is paid at your registrar's price. Work beyond the plan: 100 PLN per hour.

How we work

Start off-season, so your site is ready before the guests arrive.

01 — Chat and quote

In Zakopane or online. We get to know your property, your guests and where your bookings come from today.

02 — Structure and content

We plan the pages and copy around what visitors search for: Zakopane, the area, things to do.

03 — Design and build

Photos up front, bookings, language versions, and testing on real phones.

04 — Launch and care

We publish your site, track bookings and calls, and keep everything running smoothly through the season.

Zakopane and the whole Tatra county

We build websites for businesses in Zakopane, Kościelisko, Poronin, Bukowina Tatrzańska, Białka Tatrzańska, Murzasichle, Witów and Biały Dunajec. We're from Podhale, so we're a lot closer than agencies in Kraków. Based around Nowy Targ? See web design in Nowy Targ, or read about everything we do on our premium websites page.

FAQ

Web design in Zakopane — common questions

How much does a website cost in Zakopane?

A landing page starts at 2,499 PLN. A full property website — a page for each room or apartment, seasonal prices and a second language — starts at 5,999 PLN. Sites with their own booking system are quoted after a short call. Every price is final — we're not VAT-registered, so nothing is added on top.

Can guests book directly on my website?

Yes. We can connect the booking system you already use, or set up a simple date-request form. The goal is for as many guests as possible to book with you, not through a portal that takes a commission.

Can my website be in English and Polish — or more languages?

Yes. Each language gets its own version of the site, so guests from abroad land on the one in their language straight from Google.

I own an apartment in Zakopane but don't live in Poland. Can we work together remotely?

Absolutely. The whole project can run online and in English — calls, approvals, launch. You manage prices and availability yourself from anywhere, and we keep the site running while you're away.

When is the best time to start?

Off-season. A project usually takes at least 3–4 weeks, and Google needs time to get to know a new site — launching a few weeks before winter or summer gives you the best start.

Can I change prices and seasonal offers myself?

Yes. Every site — even a landing page — comes with its own simple admin area (no WordPress, no plugins to babysit) where you change text and photos yourself. A property website adds seasonal prices and special offers, and for richer content we build the admin area around you — like we did for Kapela JAFER, who add their own concerts and galleries.

What about hosting and support during the season?

We look after hosting, the security certificate, backups and technical support — in peak season your site has to work, and we make sure it does. “Hosting & care” starts at 600 PLN a year, and “Care with changes” (up to 12 hours of edits a year, e.g. new seasonal price lists) at 1,800 PLN a year. The domain is paid at your registrar's price.

Running a place to stay or a business in Zakopane?

Tell us what you do and where your guests or customers come from today. We'll come back with a few questions, a proposed scope and a fixed quote — ideally before the season starts.
